STINGER HOOK KIT

Do it yourself Stinger Hook / Assist Hook Kits that allow you to make your own hooks for your jigs at the lengths and styles that you want to make! No longer do you have to settle for what other manufacturers make, now you can tie your own assist and stinger hooks!

These kits feature 5 pre-cut, spliced loop strips of either Kevlar or Technora, along with 5 pre-cut peices of shrink tubing to cover your knots. All you need to do is add the hook of your choice and your ready to make up your own hooks for your vertical jigs and other offshore lures and jigs. Simply tie the hooks to your desired length, seal the knot up with the shrink tubing provided and your ready to battle any fish that takes the bait!

Available in regular and long lengths. Most longer jigs sold today do not have the proper hook lengths made for them. The stinger / assist hook should be 2/3's down the body of the jig. We see many jigs that only have a hook running down the top third of the jig. Thsi results in many short bites and missed hook ups!

Pre-Spliced Loops to prevent tangles and the chance of the hook becoming loose while jigging. Each peice has a loop already spliced, that can be adjusted to the size you desire. Many fishermen feel the spliced loop connection is the strongest and most reliable style to use! The spliced loop style also creates a double strength leader that is twice as strong as the rating. This will keep those toothy fish from biting through the Kevlar or Technora easily!
